Terms of service.
These terms apply when you use perchwild.com or buy from Perchwild. Seller: Perchwild.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the region you select and include applicable taxes (and, for the US, duties). We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Birds are wild: we don't promise any particular bird will visit. Cat perches must be used on suitable glass, as described in the fitting instructions.
Guarantee and consumer rights
Our guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws, which are not excluded by these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
