Shipping policy.

We ship to Australia and the United States. Every order is tracked.

Delivery windows

• Australia: tracked, 7-13 business days; free over $79.
• United States: tracked, 5-10 business days; free over $75.

Delivery times depend on your address and the carrier. We'll never call them “fast”, and every parcel is tracked.

Processing

Orders are placed with our fulfilment partner within one business day. You'll get an email with a tracking link when your parcel ships. Bundles may arrive in more than one parcel.

Duties and taxes

US prices include import duties: there's nothing to pay on delivery. Australian prices include GST where it applies.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived by the end of its window, email perchwild@gmail.com. We'll chase the carrier, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you.
