Will it stay on my window?
On clean, smooth glass, yes. Clean the pane, warm the cups, press firmly and wait an hour before filling. If it ever falls off, we replace it.
Does it work on double glazing or tinted film?
It works on the outside pane of double glazing if the glass is smooth and clean. It won't hold on frosted, textured or filmed glass.
Will the hanging feeder stop squirrels?
It's squirrel-resistant, not a guarantee. The metal cage makes it harder for squirrels and big birds; hanging it away from launch points helps most.
Do you sell seed?
No. Buy a good-quality seed suited to your local birds from a garden centre or pet shop. Our bird guides explain what to offer in each country.
When will my order arrive?
Australia: 7–13 business days. United States: 5–10 business days. Every order is tracked. We email your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships, and the link always shows the latest.
Will I pay import duties?
In the US, no: duties are included in our US prices. In Australia, there's nothing extra to pay.
Can items arrive separately?
Sometimes. Bundles and larger orders may come in more than one parcel, each tracked.
Which currency will I pay in?
Choose your region at the top of any page. Prices show in Australian or US dollars, and checkout charges in your local currency.
How do I get the PDF journal?
We email it to you within 24 hours of checkout, ready to print or keep on a tablet.

If a Perchwild window feeder comes unstuck from clean, smooth glass within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo of where it was fitted and your order number, and we'll send a replacement. Full details.
Can I return something?
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll sort it quickly. We don't offer change-of-mind returns. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or your local consumer law. Refund policy.
Do you promise birds will visit?
We can't, and no one honestly can. Birds are wild. Our guides help with what to offer and where to place a feeder, which gives you the best chance.
Is the cat perch safe?
Follow the fitting steps, use smooth, clean glass, test it by hand first and check the cups weekly. Supervise the first few uses.
Will my cat scare the birds away?
Usually only for a few days. Birds learn quickly that an indoor cat behind glass can't reach them.
