What's covered
If a Perchwild window feeder comes unstuck from clean, smooth glass within 30 days of delivery, we'll send you a replacement. That's it: no forms, no restocking fees, no sending anything back.
How to claim
- Email perchwild@gmail.com with your order number.
- Add a photo of the window where it was fitted.
- We'll reply within one or two business days and ship a replacement, tracked.
What it doesn't cover
- Feeders fitted to textured, frosted, filmed or dirty glass.
- Damage from animals, storms or being knocked off.
- Whether birds visit. Birds are wild, and no one can honestly promise that.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other consumer laws. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless.
Before you fit it
Three minutes now saves a claim later: clean the outside of the glass with warm soapy water and dry it, warm the cups in warm water for a minute, then press firmly from the centre out. Wait an hour before adding seed. Full fitting guide.
